Terms and Conditions – smart Q4 2024 Offer
The terms and conditions set out below will apply to any order and purchase of a smart vehicle from LSH Auto during the period described below. By placing an order as described below, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Any purchaser of a smart vehicle (Vehicle) that is ordered after 1st October 2024 and paid for in full and delivered prior to 31 December 2024 (Eligible Purchaser) will be entitled to the benefits described in these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligible Purchasers will receive the complimentary vehicle servicing described below, subject to these terms and conditions.
Complimentary Servicing
- The Eligible Purchaser will receive complimentary servicing for the Vehicle for 3 years or until the Vehicle has been driven a distance exceeding 60,000km, whichever occurs first (Complimentary Servicing).
- All Complimentary Servicing must be performed at an LSH Auto dealership.
- In order to continue to be eligible for the Complimentary Servicing, the Vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended scheduled servicing at an LSH Auto dealership. If any scheduled servicing is not performed, or if the servicing is performed otherwise than at an LSH Auto dealership, then eligibility for the Complimentary Servicing will cease, and any future servicing of the Vehicle will be chargeable.
- Any future owner of the Vehicle will be entitled to the Complimentary Servicing, provided that the conditions of the Complimentary Servicing plan are observed.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by LSH Auto Australia.
General terms
- The benefits described in these terms are not exchangeable or transferable by you and cannot be taken as cash.
- If LSH Auto is unable to perform any of its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure), those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
- If and to the extent that a provision of these terms would, but for this clause, be unenforceable, the provision must be read down and, if the provision cannot be read down, it must be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remainder of these terms.
- These terms constitutes the entire agreement between LSH Auto and you as to the subject-matter of these terms, and supersede any previous arrangements or any other terms (including any verbal discussion, summary or explanation by any representative of LSH Auto).
- These terms will be governed by the law in force in the State in which the dealership is located that will deliver the Vehicle and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts.
